2. Shipping Time- Shipping Costs
Shipping orders within Greece
Your order is shipped within 2 business days either by ELTA Courier or transport company. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is shipped.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your order cart based on the weight and volume of your order.
You also have the option to use your own carrier for your order (all costs paid by the customer in this case).
Shipping orders outside of Greece
Shipping costs for countries in zone A
Zone A includes the following countries:
Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria.
Your order is shipped within 2 business days either by courier or transport company. Delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 days from the day your order is shipped.
Shipping costs for countries in zone B
For the countries that do not belong to Zone A, the shipping time and shipping costs depend on the country to which the order must be shipped. Shipping costs for these countries vary as we have to look at different carriers. In any case, we negotiate the best possible price with our partnered transport companies and inform you of the cost and transit time.

Once the carrier receives the products, they are solely responsible for their timely delivery in perfect condition to the customer. In case of issues with delivery, please contact them.
We do everything possible to ensure that the availability of the products displayed on the website “b2bforall.eu”, corresponds to the actual stock available in our warehouses. However, if there is a problem with the availability of products ordered by customers, they will be notified immediately.

4. Payment methods
A. Payment by credit card
All credit - debit card transactions take place in the secure environment of Eurobank.
This means that no element of your credit card information is stored on the server of the website “b2bforall.eu”.
B. Payment via PayPal
Payment through PayPal's secure server. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards.
C. Bank transfer
You can pay for your order by bank transfer to the following bank:

When you pay an order by bank transfer, please send us the payment confirmation to email@example.com , quoting your order number. We ship your order as soon as our financial department has verified that payment has been received.

5% off for orders €300-€1000
8% off for orders €1001 and above
6. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before we ship it. In this case, we will refund the entire value of your order. The value of the order is refunded in the same way as the payment was made. In other words, if the transaction was performed with a card, then we return the value to the card. If the transaction was performed via PayPal or by bank transfer, then the refund is made either via PayPal or by bank transfer respectively.
7. Return Procedure Due To Customer Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Greek Law 2551/1994 (as amended by Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013).

We approve the return.
You ship the product to our company at your own expense at 70 Lefkossias Street, Peristeri, Greece, P.C. 12133.
We must receive the return parcel(s) in perfect condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by the necessary documents.
Once we receive your return, we refund you using the same method that your order was charged.
All shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Your return parcel must be sent as "REGISTERED", accompanied by a Tracking Number so that its progress can be monitored.
Our company bears no responsibility until it receives the product. The responsibility rests entirely with the customer.
8. Failure to complete order-Right to cancel/refuse order
We aim to complete all orders successfully, as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases it may not be possible for us to ship your order. Some of the possible reasons are incorrect product availability information and failure to communicate with the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order - even after payment - in the following cases (you will be refunded as soon as we cancel):
The product you requested is out of stock
The listed price was incorrect
Our partnered carriers cannot deliver to the customer's address
We have reasonable suspicion of fraud
Arctic Hunter and Bange products are not available for purchase from Greek resellers/merchants/companies.
